Current GDGroup Discussion is an important process in today’s recruiting procedure. A GD is a process where 8 to 10 people are formed as a group and given a topic to discussion on for a specific time which is typically about 10 to 15 minutes. You will be given 5 minutes to think about the topic before you get into discussion. The topic can be general or specific. In order to be successful in a GD, you should have good knowledge on the given, as well as posses good communication skills. The panelists will evaluate your knowledge, public speaking skills, communication skills and speaking and listening capabilities during the GD.
